Awards Available: 52
State Winners:
Fifty-two winners – one from each state, the District of Colombia and Puerto Rico – are selected by our nonprofit partner, Scholarship America, to receive one-time scholarship awards of $10,000 each.
National Winners:
From the pool of 52 state winners, ten are selected as national winners and earn an additional one-time scholarship of $15,000. This brings the top AXA Achievers total scholarship awards to $25,000 each. These top ten also receive the offer of an internship with AXA.
Our scholarships winners are known as AXA Achievers. They are ethnically and economically diverse, but they share these qualities:
1. Ambition and drive
2. Determination to set and reach goals
3. Respect for self, family and community
4. Ability to succeed in college
Some of the remarkable accomplishments of our past AXA Achievers include: setting up a food bank in their community; designing a curriculum to get kids interested in science; founding a nonprofit organization for young people that encourages community service and civic involvement.

$2,296,000, divided into 500 awards is available to seniors. Selection is based on scholarship, leadership and financial need. Awards range from $1,000 to $60,000. DEC 15: FUTURO CON LECHE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

JAN 16: GATES MILLENNIUM SCHOLARS AWARD PROGRAM
Open to seniors of qualifying ethnic groups: African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian Pacific American or Hispanic American. Must demonstrate financial need by qualifying for a PELL grant, have a 3.3 gpa minimum, and leadership record. Scholarship Value: $1,000
Awards Available: 100
To apply for an RMHC scholarship, a student must:
1. Be a high school senior
2. Be younger than 21 years old
3. Be eligible to attend a two- or four-year college or university with a full course of study
4. Be a legal U.S. resident
5. Live in a participating RMHC Chapter’s geographic area
6. Submit a complete application and all required documentation by the deadline on the application
7. Meet any additional eligibility requirements outlined by each scholarship program
8. Verification of enrollment each year at the student’s accredited post-secondary institution
